These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Slightly website at https://slightly.co and any purchase you make from it. By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

The Website is operated by Slightly Nation Company Limited, 2/161 Soi Prasertmanukit 29 Yaek 4, Prasertmanukit Road, Ladprao, Ladprao, Bangkok 10230 Thailand. ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at ops@slightly.co.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 20 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Products and Pricing
We take care to describe and price our products accurately. Product images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the item delivered. All prices are shown in Thai Baht (THB) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, product descriptions, and availability at any time without notice. If we discover a pricing or description error after you order, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed or cancel.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. We accept your order when we dispatch the products. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including where the product is unavailable, where there is a suspected fraud, or where there has been an error in price or description.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Omise. By submitting payment details you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
6. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Delivery of your order is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these Terms.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Website unlawfully, to interfere with its operation or security, or to infringe our or others' rights. All content on the Website — including text, images, logos, and the "Slightly" brand — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
8. Product Use and Disclaimer
Our products are cosmetics for external use. Please read the label and directions before use and patch-test where advised. Information on the Website is provided for general purposes and is not medical advice. If you have a skin condition or experience a reaction, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website or products. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your rights under consumer protection law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
